So.....here’s the plan, get on two almost identical BMW motorcycles, leave Tacoma, Washington for Mexico and in to Central America.  We ship the bikes from Panama City to Quito, Ecuador.  Down to Ushuai at the tip of South America and up to Buenos Aires.  Ship again to Capetown, South Africa.  From there things are, well, less figured out.  It’s up Africa to Ireland, then down and across Europe into India and then another shipment to Australia.  And then finally home.  Six continents, who knows how many countries and two years.

 

plan update, March 2007 - We’ve changed the plans a wee bit.  We are not flying to Capetown, but to Madrid.  From Madrid, it’s down into and through Morocco, then back up and west to London.  From London, we bounce around europe a bit before getting to Moscow.  From Moscow, it’s a blazing trail east to Vladivostok and then shipping them back home.
